3. Processing of personal data
We do not collect any personal data on our website unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.

When you access our website, we collect and store the IP address assigned to your computer in order to transmit the contents of our website to your computer (e.g. texts, images, games and product information, as well as files made available for download, etc.). In addition, we collect and process information about the use of our website, e.g. the type of browser used and the date and time of website usage. We process this data for the optimization of our website and offers and for market analysis. The legal basis is Art. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest in this data processing lies in our need to provide you with a website designed according to requirements and optimized for the end devices used. The legal basis for this is either Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR (if communication is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures) or our legitimate interest in communicating with you at your request, Art. f GDPR. Please note that the transmission of the data is not encrypted and therefore no confidential information should be sent via email. If you are in the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. a GDPR, you can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us by e-mail without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. The recipients of the data are exclusively those involved in the application process with us. If your application is rejected, the retention period is 6 months beyond the completion of the application process. This storage period results from the possible assertion of claims under the AGG.

We may also agree on another deadline with your consent. The legal basis for this is your consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR).

You are not obliged to provide us with your application data. However, we will not be able to process your application without your data.
